Abstrak
The basis of this research is to determine student learning outcomes using conventional learning and student learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning method offline at SDN 101941 Melati, as well as the effect of problem-based learning methods offline on student learning outcomes in the subjects of Civics Class 5 SDN 101941. This study included in experimental quantitative research, with a quasi-experimental research design, starting with giving pre-test and post-test. The results obtained after the study was conducted in Class 5 SDN 101941 Melati showed that the use of problem-based learning methods for students offline could have a positive impact on student learning outcomes during the covid -19 pandemic. The increase in student achievement of this type was obtained from the average score of the experimental class students of 85.43 after answering the test questions, while the acquisition of the average score of the control class students was 74.17.
