This study aims to analyze: (1) Effect of problem based learning towards civic education outcomes of fifth grade students on SD Negeri No. 173148 Adiankoting; (2) Civic education outcomes students who have high motivation better than students with lower motivation of fifth grade students on SD Negeri No. 173148 Adiankoting; and (3) The interaction between learning model and motivation towards civic education outcomes of fifth grade students on SD Negeri No. 173148. This study was Quasi Experimental with factorial design 2x2. The instruments used are motivation and tes learning outcome. The analyze is analysis of variance and Tukey test. The result showed that: (1) there is an effect of problem based learning towards civic education outcomes of fifth grade students on SD Negeri No. 173148 ; (2) Civic education outcomes students who have high motivation better than students with lower motivation of fifth grade students on SD Negeri No. 173148 Adiankoting; and (3) there is an interaction between learning model and motivation towards civic education outcomes of fifth grade students on SD Negeri No. 173148 Adiankoting.
