Abstrak

This study aims to improve understanding: (1) Learning activities of Civic Basic Concepts seen from the affective and psychomotor domains(2) Learning outcomes of students' basic concept of Civics in the Deliberation material. This study is a basic study with P2 PGSD group research subjects testing 40 students. This research was conducted in two cycles. Data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques and data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (1) Student learning activities from the affective domain increased by an average of 38.36% (46.97% in the first cycle to 85.33% in the cycle II). 2) Student learning from the psychomotor domain increased by an average of 40.31% (41.72% in cycle I to 82.03% in cycle II). 3) Student learning outcomes by 20% (67.50% in the first cycle to 87.50% in the second cycle).
