Abstrak

This type of research includes classroom action research (Classroom Action Research). This classroom action research consists of two cycles, each cycle consists of two meetings. The subjects of this study were 30 grade students of V SD Negeri 125138 Pematangsiantar consisting of 17 male students and 13 female students. Data collection techniques using tests and observations as well as documentation. From the results of the study it was found that: (1) the activity of the teacher in the first cycle obtained a percentage of 61.25% in the sufficient category, while the second cycle obtained a percentage of 82.5% in the good category; (2) the students' activity in the first cycle obtained a percentage of 68.23 with a sufficient category, while the second cycle obtained a percentage of 81.32% with a good category; (3) The students' learning outcomes for playing drama materials in the first cycle obtained an average value of 67.5, while the second cycle obtained an average value of 77.5. Of the 30 students the percentage of classical completeness in the first cycle reached a percentage of 56.16% with the number of capable students as many as 17 students while the second cycle achieved the classical mastery percentage of 90% with the number of capable students as many as 27 students.
