SOSIALISASI PENGGUNAAN GOOGLE CLASSROOM SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DARING DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstrak

Significant changes in education as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic were felt from
the level of basic education to higher education. The government's policy to change learning
system becomes e-learning makes teachers and students have to adapt to use technology for
teaching and learning activities. E-learning changes face-to-face meetings turn virtual by
utilizing the internet and online learning media. The rapid development of technology and
information currently produces a variety of application-based, software-based, and web-based
media. Therefore, teachers as users of learning media are required to be able to master in
using various learning media in order to assist the process of learning activities. One of the
learning media which is very helpful is Google Classroom. However, not all teachers
understand and able to use this application. One of the schools that requires socialization in
the use of technology-based learning media is SD Negeri 091316 in Pematang Raya. Most of
the teachers at this school are still need training in mastering technology-based learning
media such as Google classroom. According to this observation, this community service was
carried out at SD Negeri 091316 Pematang Raya and the aim of this activity is to help
teachers master and able to apply online learning better.
